There is no ticket queue and no support department. There is a person who built it, and he answers.
An employee signs in with the email address you entered for them, using the invite code Pyniqa generated. Check the Team screen — the code is on their record. If the email is wrong, fix it and send a new invite.
They have to have installed Pyniqa and allowed notifications. Pyniqa asks once, after they sign in. If they said no, the schedule is still in the app — they just have to open it.
Pyniqa will not compute a margin from an incomplete month. If you have entered three nights of sales and a full month of rent, the arithmetic is correct and the answer is garbage. Enter the missing days and the goods figure, and it will show you.
It tells you exactly what it's missing. That is deliberate.
Pyniqa records the distance. It never blocks a clock-in — GPS is wrong often enough that we will not let it stop a cook from starting his shift while he is standing at his own stove. What you do about it is your decision, not ours.
No. Nothing is ever deleted. Your account is read-only until you renew. Every schedule, every duty, every figure is exactly where you left it.

Tell us. support@pyniqa.com — what you did, what happened, and what you expected instead. A screenshot helps.
We would rather hear it from you than find out from a customer of yours.
