Pyniqa is operated by Prayash LLC, a California limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we will not do.

The short version. Pyniqa holds the operating record of your business — who worked, what got done, what came in. We use it to run the product and nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not advertise against it, and we do not train anything on it.

Location

Pyniqa records where a clock-in happened. It never blocks one.

If your employer has set a location for the business, Pyniqa may record how far from it you were when you clocked in. Your employer sees that distance.

You will always be able to clock in — whatever the distance says, and even if you deny the location permission entirely. GPS is wrong often enough that we will not let it stop anyone from starting a shift.

Pyniqa does not track you at any other time. It does not run in the background. It reads your location once, at the moment you tap Clock In, and never again.

You can refuse the location permission and Pyniqa keeps working. Your employer will see that the location was not recorded.

Who can see what

An owner sees his own business. An employee sees his own schedule, his own duties, and his own hours — not anyone else's pay, and not anyone else's record.

This is enforced in the database itself, not in the app. A person cannot read what their role does not permit, even if the app were modified.

Where it is kept

On Supabase infrastructure in the United States. Encrypted in transit and at rest.

Notifications are delivered through Expo, Apple, and Google. Payments are processed entirely by Apple and Google — Pyniqa never receives or stores a payment method.

If you stop paying

Nothing is deleted. Not at thirty days. Not at a year.

If a subscription lapses, the account becomes read-only. You can still open Pyniqa and see every schedule you published, every duty you wrote, and every figure you entered. You simply cannot add to it until you renew.

Pyniqa is the record of how a business runs. Deleting it because a card expired is the one thing we will not do.

Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Write to support@pyniqa.com and we will do it within 30 days.

If you are an employee, your employment record belongs to your employer's business and they may be required to keep it. Ask your employer first; if they agree, write to us and we will remove it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — California, the EU, elsewhere — you may have the right to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or take it with you. Write to support@pyniqa.com. We will not charge you and we will not make it difficult.

We do not sell personal information, as that term is defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Children

Pyniqa is a tool for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If a minor is employed by a Pyniqa customer, their record is entered by their employer, who is responsible for the lawfulness of that employment.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Not in a footer. Not in an email you will not read.
